We squeezed our imported seasonal Sorrento Lemons to make the perfect homemade lemon juice to add to our vanilla bean bundt cake mix. Then we take sweet baby blueberries and mix this all together in a light and spongey vanilla cake for the perfect treat. The lovely combination of citrus, limoncello, and blueberries makes this an exceptional light and moist cake in a floral Blossom Bundt Pan. This is a perfect addition to any brunch or dessert experience. This cake can come traditional or Gluten-Free. The cake is 9” round.
